Player agrees that he or she is at least 18 years of age.

Player understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded is done at the Player’s own descretion and sole risk.

Player will be solely responsible for any damage done to the Players computer or data loss due to playing PureCrime.com. No advice or information obtained by Player from PureCrime.com and/or PureCrime.com Development Team know as the "Player Gods", whether it is oral or written, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Player’s right to use the service granted by PureCrime.com is personal to the individual. The service is provided to the Player only and is not transferable. Player is entirely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the account and password. Furthermore, Player is totally reponsible for all actions which occur under the account.

Player agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current information in the registration, which includes all information requested on original sign up. Validation code will be sent to the Players email address upon completion of the registration. Also, the Player grants PureCrime.com the right to disclose certain registration data about the PureCrime.com Players to third parties. If any registration data is incorrect, PureCrime.com retains the right to terminate Player’s account, and right to use the service.

The playing of this game and this terms of service are goverened by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. In case legal action becomes necessary by PureCrime.com as a result of any violation of these terms of service, jurisdiction and venue shall be proper in Canada.

Player agrees not to resale or make any commercial use of the product. Furthermore, Player agrees not to make use of any icons, graphics, information, or data from PureCrime.com without the prior written consent from PureCrime.com, except banners created for the specific purpose of advertising PureCrime.com and labled so.

Player agrees to indemnify PureCrime.com against liability for any and all use of Player’s account. The game allows Player to send messages to other player or post messages on bulletin board; therefore, Player’s conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. Player will not use the service to send chain letters, junk mail, spamming, or distribution lists to any Player, player, admin or other at any time.

Player agrees not to transmits in the game any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, objectionable material of any kind or nature. Player further agrees not to transmit any materials that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

PureCrime.com reserves the right to modify or terminate its service to Player with or without notice, which includes, but not limited to updates, changes, or restart of game. PureCrime.com shall not be liable to Player or any third party of modification or termination of its service. PureCrime.com may change the terms and conditions of the disclaimer from time to time.

PureCrime.com reserves the right to terminate any account at any time with absolutely no reason. All accounts created are property of PureCrime.com.
